The fatal encounter occurred during a brawl that erupted in the nightclub's parking lot. Morales, along with her boyfriend and friends, had been enjoying a night out when they crossed paths with Marcus Hull and his companions.
The altercation was reportedly sparked by a longstanding feud between Hull's friend and one of Morales' friends. As the fight escalated, Hull retrieved a firearm from his vehicle and began shooting, striking Morales and wounding three others.
