On March 27, 2015, a violent series of events unfolded in St. Louis, Missouri, resulting in the death of 47-year-old male James Lacey. The incident began when three men, identified as Jacobi Temple, Demante Syms, and Samuel Spires, traveled to a residence in the 4400 block of Itaska Street. Their primary motivation was to collect a drug debt related to the distribution of heroin.
