On March 27, 2015, a violent series of events unfolded in St. Louis, Missouri, resulting in the death of 47-year-old male James Lacey. The incident began when three men, identified as Jacobi Temple, Demante Syms, and Samuel Spires, traveled to a residence in the 4400 block of Itaska Street. Their primary motivation was to collect a drug debt related to the distribution of heroin. The group had been led to the location by Tammie Thurmond, who was the mother of another victim present at the scene. ...
