On April 28, 2021, Jose Fernando Hernandez Olvera, a 22-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The Kern County Sheriff's Office identified Hernandez Olvera as the victim of a shooting that occurred in the early hours of the morning in northeast Bakersfield.
