Devontay Tywon Kelly, a 22-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2021. The incident occurred in South Bakersfield, where Kelly was fatally shot. According to reports, deputies and emergency responders were called to the area of Cannon and Jastro avenues just after 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Kelly suffering from major injuries and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
