Roger Archer Jr., a 33-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2020. The incident occurred in Oildale, a neighborhood in Bakersfield, where Archer Jr. was shot multiple times. According to the Kern County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a shooting at around 3:21 a.m. on Beardsley Avenue, near Plymouth Avenue.
