Murdered

On August 2, 2015, Alvin Phillips, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, was shot and killed. The incident took place in the 1000 block of West Fayette Street. Reports indicate that Phillips was found at the scene with gunshot wounds and was declared dead shortly afterward.
