In the late hours of a Thursday evening, tragedy struck in a parking lot in Woodlawn, Maryland, a community on the outskirts of Baltimore. On June 1, 2023, Frank Eubanks Jr., a 54-year-old man, was fatally shot as he was getting into his vehicle outside the City View Bar and Grill on Security Boulevard. First responders arrived to find him unconscious and suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was ultimately pronounced dead.
