Tobias Anthony Smith, a 37-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2018. He was found dead on the front porch of a home in the 4200 block of North Myrtle Avenue around 11:40 p.m. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and confirmed that Smith had been shot.
