Robert Lee Williams, a 76-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2018. His death was the result of a drive-by shooting on A. Philip Randolph Boulevard, an incident that also left five others injured. This shooting occurred just blocks away from TIAA Bank Field, adding to the shock and concern within the community.
