Phillip O'Brien, a 23-year-old male from Orlando, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 24, 2018, in a shooting incident outside a Papa John's pizza shop. The incident occurred around 8:05 p.m. near the corner of Orange Blossom Trail and West Oak Ridge Road. Phillip O'Brien, along with three other men, was shot during the altercation.
