On October 5, 2015, Kevin Jerome Johnson, age 60, was fatally shot in Hillcrest Heights, Temple Hills, Maryland. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, around 3 a.m., in the 3900 block of 23rd Parkway. Prince George's County police officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Johnson suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
