Jervonte L. Gibson, a 24-year-old resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on March 20, 2019, in a fatal shooting incident in the Pleasant City neighborhood. The circumstances surrounding his death were rooted in a drug deal that escalated into violence. On that fateful day, Gibson was involved in an exchange of gunfire with Antonio Nikia Bess, who later admitted to meeting Gibson to sell him marijuana.
