Torrance Smith, a 37-year-old resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2017. On that fateful afternoon, Smith was shot near the intersection of Division Avenue and 19th Street. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries a few hours later. The incident left the community in shock and mourning, as Smith was well-known in the area.
