On a pleasant early summer evening in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, what began as a cheerful bonfire gathering among friends ended in a devastating act of violence that claimed the life of 43-year-old Kellie Elizabeth Reaves, a Caucasian female, and two others on June 8, 2024.
