Quinton Jermaine Heard, age 20, was killed on October 27, 2015, in Baltimore, Maryland. Heard was found in the 4000 block of Pinkney Road, where he suffered multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head. The incident took place in the early morning hours, and Baltimore police responded promptly after reports of gunfire.
