Donnell Haley, a 27-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2017. The incident occurred in Northeast Baltimore, where police responded to a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Haley with a gunshot wound to his stomach. Despite efforts to save him, Haley succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. The same incident also involved another victim, Devon Perkins, who was found shot in the chest and later died at the hospital.
