Channing Howard, a 38-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 8, 2019, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just before 12:30 a.m., in an unincorporated neighborhood near Fort Lauderdale.
