On September 11, 2014, the body of Otis Blue, a 35-year-old resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was discovered inside a home at 1222 N. Flagler Drive. The discovery was made by Fort Lauderdale police officers who were conducting a welfare check after Blue's friends reported him missing.
