Kivontae Love, a 25-year-old Black male, was tragically shot to death on November 22, 2019, in the parking lot of the Bella Mar Apartments located at 12419 Spicer Place in Tampa, Florida. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reported that witnesses saw two unknown Black men fleeing the scene immediately after the shooting.
