Marcus Deshaun George, a 25-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on April 12, 2021, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. at the Blue Store Discount gas station on 103rd Street. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Marcus was shot during a confrontation that is believed to have stemmed from a drug transaction.
