Jacob Kellner, aged 23, was found dead on January 23, 2017, near Memorial Park Cemetery on Jacksonville’s Westside. The discovery was made by a jogger early in the morning, and authorities quickly suspected foul play. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) did not release many details, but it was clear from the circumstances that his death was not accidental. Kellner was found fully dressed, and the police have been investigating the case as a homicide.
