Alex Karagiannopoulos, a 21-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2019. The incident occurred inside his home on the Westside of Jacksonville, where he was fatally shot. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) reported that the shooting was the result of a drug transaction gone wrong. Michael Hand, a convicted felon since 2004, was identified as the suspect.
