Devonte Lanard Davis, a 28-year-old resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2020. Devonte was shot and killed while setting off fireworks with his daughter and other neighborhood children. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. on 17th Street, just three blocks south of his family’s home.
