Rafael Ray Vazquez Sr., a 42-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on March 3, 2008, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Vazquez, who served as a Rescue Lieutenant with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, was fatally shot by a gunman at a Wendy's restaurant.
