Cletreon Fobbs, a 23-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on April 28, 2017, in West Palm Beach, Florida. The incident occurred late at night along Tamarind Avenue, where Fobbs was shot and another individual was injured. The shooting took place around 9:55 p.m., and Fobbs was declared dead at the scene by responding crews. The second victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was taken to a local hospital and was expected to survive.
