Winston Randolph Wilkins, a 37-year-old African American male from West Palm Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 5, 2018. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred around 12:30 AM in the 1800 block of Windsor Avenue. The incident left his family and community in shock and mourning, as they grappled with the sudden and violent loss of a loved one.
