Mansor Harris, a 39-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on May 7, 2017, at Foster's Shak, a bar located on Belvedere Road in unincorporated West Palm Beach, Florida. Deputies from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office discovered Harris with multiple gunshot wounds. The investigation revealed that Harris had been shot multiple times in the chest and head, leading to his immediate death at the scene.
