Lucretia Danielle Braithwaite, a 19-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on June 8, 2021, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred in the Brownsville neighborhood, where Lucretia and another 19-year-old, Johnnie Dixson Jr., were victims of a drive-by shooting. The two were sitting inside a parked vehicle when an unknown assailant or assailants drove up and opened fire.
