Randall H. Browning, a 55-year-old white male from Homestead, Florida, was tragically killed on March 28, 2019, in a shooting incident at a gas station in southwest Miami-Dade County. The incident occurred shortly after midnight at a Mobil gas station on Southwest 43rd Street. Browning was sitting in a white BMW sedan alongside Roxana Llorens, a 44-year-old white female, when they were both shot multiple times with a rifle by Oscar Ramon Blanco, a 44-year-old white male from Hialeah.
