Randall H. Browning, a 55-year-old white male from Homestead, Florida, was tragically killed on March 28, 2019, in a shooting incident at a gas station in southwest Miami-Dade County. According to investigators, Blanco pulled his Ford F-150 pickup truck alongside the BMW and fired multiple shots into the vehicle, striking both Browning and Llorens.
