Daniel Osentkowski, an 11-year-old boy from Riverside, California, tragically lost his life on November 23, 1984. The incident occurred while Daniel was walking his 13-year-old cousin home from a neighborhood store. They were approached by a man in uniform who attempted to abduct Daniel's cousin.
