Richard David Mondragon, aged 53, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2020, in Riverside, California. The incident occurred late at night when Mondragon was involved in a confrontation with his housemate, Carl Greg Small, at their residence near Lake Mathews. According to reports, the altercation escalated, leading Small to pull out a handgun and shoot Mondragon once in the upper body.
