Luis Quintanar, an 18-year-old from Riverside, California, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2016. The incident occurred outside the Central Community Church in Riverside, where Quintanar was fatally shot following an altercation. According to reports, Quintanar and his friends were approached by Thomas Scott, a 30-year-old man from Riverside, in the church parking lot.
