Henry Torres, a 21-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on November 30, 1991. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:00 a.m., in the parking lot of the Hammer Ranch Center located on the 7500 block of Pacific Avenue. Henry and two of his friends had just left the Breakaway Lounge when they were confronted and subsequently shot. The shooting resulted in Henry's death, while his friends sustained injuries.
