Chris Combs, a 20-year-old from Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2018. Combs was shot outside a Food 4 Less store on East March Lane. After being shot, he managed to rush inside the store seeking help but succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. Combs was remembered fondly by his community, especially for his musical talents and positive demeanor.
