Death by Force

In the earliest minutes of August 30, 2025, Richard Galindo, age 30, was shot on the 3100 block of East Main Street in Stockton's Park District. He was rushed to a hospital, where he died of his wounds; a 19-year-old who was with him was critically injured but expected to survive. Police placed the time at about 12:19 a.m., and homicide detectives took over the case soon after.
