Ernest Neal Jr., a 27-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on April 30, 1992. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Neal was shot in Gramercy Park, a neighborhood in South Los Angeles. He was transported to Martin Luther King Jr.-Drew Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries at 11:45 p.m. The shooting occurred at the intersection of Western Avenue and 92nd Street, a location that was particularly volatile during the 1992 Los Angeles riots ...
