Brooke Leann "Brooke-er-doo" Tuite, a 15-year-old girl from Oceanside, California, tragically lost her life on July 30, 1994. Brooke was shot in the back while driving away from a gunman outside an apartment on Division Street shortly after midnight. The incident left the community in shock and mourning, as Brooke was a young girl with her whole life ahead of her.
