Michelle Tate, a 14-year-old student from El Camino High School in Oceanside, California, tragically lost her life on October 1, 1990. She was the victim of a drive-by shooting, a senseless act of violence that shocked the local community. On the night of her death, Michelle was standing outside Alberto's Mexican Food restaurant when she was gunned down. The incident occurred around 9:57 p.m., and she was pronounced dead on arrival at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside.
