Chan Boonkeut, a 15-year-old girl from Richmond, CA, tragically lost her life on October 14, 2003, when she was struck by a hail of gunfire that tore through the front door of her home. The incident occurred just before midnight when Chan heard a knock at the door and went to answer it, only to be met with a barrage of bullets.
