Demetra Brock, a 50-year-old resident of Richmond, California, was tragically killed on November 15, 2021. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Maine Avenue in the city's Santa Fe neighborhood. According to Richmond police, Brock was struck by multiple bullets in the upper torso during a hail of gunfire.
