Rashanda Franklin, a 29-year-old mother from Richmond, California, tragically lost her life on April 4, 2017. She was fatally shot while driving her two young children to school. The incident occurred at the intersection of 29th Street and Rheem Avenue. According to police reports, Franklin was confronted by her estranged ex-boyfriend, Lawyer Dushan McBride, who blocked her vehicle with his own.
