Luis Romo, a 21-year-old Latino man, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2007, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:33 a.m., in an alley located at 2416 Boulder Street in the Boyle Heights neighborhood.
