Gabriel Castillo, a 24-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 30, 2012, near Mauretania Street and Watson Avenue in Wilmington, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Castillo was one of three individuals who were shot that night. The incident occurred late Monday evening, not far from a junkyard. Alongside Castillo, Carlos Regalado, a 27-year-old Latino, was also killed, and a third person was injured and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
