Micah Philleo Jacobs, a 21-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2019. According to the Los Angeles County medical examiner-coroner’s records, Jacobs was shot and killed in the 100 block of East 116th Place in the Broadway-Manchester area. The incident occurred shortly before 3:45 p.m. when Jacobs got into a confrontation with several individuals, leading to shots being fired.
