Death by Force

Mark Madden, a 20-year-old resident of Fremont, California, was tragically shot and killed on October 3, 2014, in East Palo Alto. Madden was visiting his uncle's home on the 1100 block of Laurel Avenue when the incident occurred. According to reports, the shooting happened around 5:08 p.m., and Madden was found dead at the scene by responding officers.
