Iry Wayne Bivins, an 18-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2014. The incident occurred in the Western Addition neighborhood, near the intersection of Divisadero and Eddy streets. Bivins was shot shortly before 8:45 a.m. and was immediately transported to a hospital in critical condition.
