Robert Griffin Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on the night of March 20, 2015. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the 3900 block of Potrero Avenue, where Griffin was shot multiple times. The police responded to the scene following a ShotSpotter activation, which is a system designed to detect and locate gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Griffin suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries ...
