Juan Martinez, a 31-year-old male from San Pablo, was fatally shot on the night of June 25, 2022, in Richmond, California. Authorities received a 911 call at approximately 9:50 p.m. reporting a shooting in the 1400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Martinez lying between two vehicles, suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
