Carlos Easiley, an 18-year-old from Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on June 24, 2017. The incident occurred at a residence on Groom Drive, where police responded to a report of a family dispute involving gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Carlos Easiley suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
