Demarcus Doss, a 24-year-old resident of Richmond, CA, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2017, in a freeway shooting incident. On that fateful day, Demarcus and a female friend were driving on Interstate 80 when they were suddenly attacked by gunfire from another vehicle.
